It's actually very easy to pin a post on your Facebook Page. Just a side note that you must be an administrator or an editor of the page to be able to do this and you can only pin one post at a time.
Note: You can't pin a post on your personal timeline.
How to pin a post on your Facebook page
- Find the post you want to pin in your timeline.
- Click on the “more” icon (the three dots) in the upper-right of the post.
- Select “Pin to Top of Page.”
And that’s it.
When you see the Blue Pin, that means your Post has been successfully pinned to the top of your Page.
If you want to unpin the post, follow the same steps, but select “Unpin From Top of Page.”
Simple, isn't it? Pinned posts are great to organise your important Posts without them getting 'lost' in your Newsfeed if your Page posts constantly on a daily basis.
